Staying on the mountains was a great choice to escape the heat of the island. the location was close to some beautiful hiking trails with stunning views. the room had a good AC unit, but the bathroom needed better lighting. the front desk team was accommodating, offering great suggestions for things to do on the island. the pool and outdoor landscaping were pleasant to enjoy.
The staff's lack of welcoming hospitality and communication made the experience less enjoyable.

There were a couple of good things about this hotel. the views were amazing, and the food was delicious. We were also provided with plenty of towels, which was nice.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the lack of hospitality and cleanliness at this hotel. the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the room was dirty and outdated.

The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great suggestions and were accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay. The pool had a nice view and the included dinners were delicious. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. They were also very accommodating when I decided to stay an extra night. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and outdoor areas. Everything was kept very clean. Additionally, the location on the mountains provided stunning views of the surroundings.
It was all superb.

The breakfast was decent with a variety of options and the outdoor pool was refreshing in the hot weather. The location was also convenient as it was not too far from the city center.
The hotel facilities were not up to standard and looked old and worn out. The rooms lacked basic amenities like air conditioning and refrigeration which made the stay uncomfortable.
